Simply raise the presser foot, and the feed dogs lower automatically making it easy to position your fabric under the presser foot. Using the Presser Foot Pressure Dial, adjust the presser foot pressure higher or lower for a fabric type or creative technique and return to standard position with ease.

Dual Wiper System for the Creative Top Cover Stitch

Easily thread each needle with the Applaud’s convenient needle threader, activated by just a lever touch. The dual wiper system then moves thread back and forth across the fabric surface to create the Creative Top Cover Stitch. You can thread both wipers or just one, depending on your desired look. For a functional appearance, use overlock thread in one or both wipers. For a custom touch, opt for decorative thread in either wiper.
